Step One: Initial Consultation
As parents you are your child’s expert. As an Educator, you have goals and learning targets for your student to reach. Together we can gather data, information, and the student’s perspective to create an inventory of strengths and challenges.
Step Two: Make a Plan!
As a Learning Team we make a plan with clear goals and supports identified. We work as a Team, including the Student’s perspective, to case manage with goals to ensure access to appropriate supports and responsiveness to change/build the plan based on student progress.
Step Three: Implement the Plan with confidence!
The individualised plan supports the goals related to an IB Learner Profile. Ongoing communication and review ensures progress is observed and Student self reflection is developed.
